When you are in VAST WiFi Zone, follow these easy steps to get connected:
Activate WiFi on your device (go to the settings > WiFi/Wireless)
Search for WiFi networks
Connect to @VAST or a network with @VAST in the name
You will be redirected to the VAST Landing page. If you are not redirected you simply need to open a browser, type in any website address and click “go”
Select your Service Provider of choice.
You will then be redirected to that Service Provider’s Portal
Follow the instructions on that specific page
Why am I unable to connect to @VAST?
If you are unable to connect to the VAST WiFi network, it could be as a result of one of the following:
Check your WiFi settings and ensure that you are connected to @VAST or similar
Ensure that your device supports one of the WiFi standards listed below.
Connected but unable to access the Internet – If you appear to be connected but cannot access the Internet, allow your device about 5 minutes to authenticate and try again.
Network errors – Infrequent network errors may occur which could cause a zone to become unavailable for a short period of time. If you have encountered one of these errors, please wait and try reconnecting at a later time.
What WiFi standard does VAST WiFi support?
VAST supports the following WiFi standards:a
802.11ac (at selected venues)
